Reservations Peak Seasons
Reservations are accepted subject to receipt of a deposit of one night’s accommodation paid via Internet Banking, Cash, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), or Direct Credit.
The balance of the account is payable in full on arrival and must be for the full time booked and the number of people booked. No reduction for early departures (including weather) or reduction in numbers. Payment can be by Cash, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), or Eftpos
Cancellation Policy - Peak/High Season
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 1 (One) Month before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the total value of the booking will be charged if changes/cancellations are made, less $20 administration fee. No refund for early departure.
Quiet Time
We are a Family Orientated Park and as such have a ‘quiet time’ between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am.
Reservations Off-Peak Seasons
All bookings require a deposit of $40 paid via Internet Banking, Cash, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), or Direct Credit. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 (seven) days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter one night of the booking will be charged if changes or cancellations are made, less $20 administration fee. No refund for early departure.
Electronic Viewing
Guests are liable for any electronic content downloaded or viewed by them during their stay.
