We do not accept pets of any kind other than guide dogs.

Reservations are accepted subject to receipt of deposit. Payment in full is to be made on arrival, and no refunds will be issued for early departure. (Minimum booking requirements – number and duration – may apply in busy periods). Payment by Cash, Master Card, Visa and direct credit accepted.

Deposit Policy
A deposit of one nights tariff is required to secure a reservation. Where Master/Visa Card details are supplied, The card details will be validated, and first nights tariff may be charged. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation as below the card will be charged the appropriate balance. We accept cash, bank cheque, Master Card/Visa, EFTPOS and direct credit.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will incur a NZ$20.00 fee to cover administration costs. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to check-in date, deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-let the accommodation/ site, and less the $20.00 Administration Fee. Credit cards will be charged any fees owed. Special Christmas Conditions Accommodation reservations for period 24 December through 10 February are subject NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the greater of one nights tariff or ten percent of total booking, to be paid when reservation made. Management reserves the right to alter all terms, conditions and fees at their discretion.Your Hosts Linda and Barry Smith.
